1. Acceptance
By connecting a wallet, creating a project, importing a creator-fee signer, saving settings, using a dashboard, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use the platform for a project, company, team, community, or token, you represent that you are authorized to act for that project.
2. What the Platform Provides
- A guided setup flow for Pump.fun-related creator-reward routing.
- Reward-token search, token safety labeling, and live route-check support.
- Holder-rule configuration, including tiers, hold-time multipliers, referral settings, skipped wallets, and payout cadence.
- Optional burn, treasury, and donation routing settings.
- Public transparency pages that can show project settings, reward status, proof data, links, receipts, and holder-facing explanations.
- Dashboard tools for creators, teams, holders, and platform admins where enabled.
3. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for the projects they launch or connect, the accuracy of project descriptions, reward claims, donation claims, token metadata, public links, team permissions, wallet addresses, and all settings saved through the platform. A creator must verify every mint address, destination wallet, treasury wallet, donation wallet, burn setting, and public claim before launch.
4. Prohibited Use
- Do not use the platform to mislead holders about rewards, donations, burns, treasury use, or token economics.
- Do not impersonate another token, company, community, charity, rescue, creator, or public figure.
- Do not use lookalike token names, logos, links, or ticker symbols to trick users.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety checks, signature checks, custody warnings, fee logic, role permissions, or admin controls.
- Do not use the platform for sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, unauthorized fundraising, or illegal activity.
5. No Investment Advice
The platform is software. It does not recommend tokens, securities, commodities, donation destinations, trading strategies, reward percentages, burn percentages, or investment decisions. Token search and labels are safety aids, not endorsements.
6. Availability and Changes
Solana RPCs, Jupiter routes, Pump.fun or PumpSwap behavior, token metadata, liquidity, and external APIs can change or fail. We may update, pause access to, restrict, or remove platform features when necessary for safety, reliability, legal, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
7. Final Checks Before Launch
A project should not go live until creator settings, route checks, token mint, split settings, fee disclosures, burns/donations commitments, and public proof pages have been reviewed. The setup wizard and dashboard are helpers; final responsibility remains with the creator and project team.
